Artists from Wellington, Dufferin, Grey, Huron, and Perth Counties, and the City of Guelph are invited to register online at www.insightsart.ca
Tips to prepare for online registration of artwork
For best user experience please register on your ipad, tablet or desktop.
Prepare a document from which you can copy or reference the information for each artwork being registered as follows:
Mandatory information for Each Artwork
- Artwork Title
- Artwork Size in inches
- Artwork Value (for the purpose of insurance and sale, if applicable)
- JPG of artwork labelled with the following convention: ArtworkNumber_Lastname.jpg
For example:
- 01_Smith.jpg (for artwork 1)
- 02_Smith.jpg (for artwork 2)
Optional Information
- Artwork Description: describe your approach, style, medium, technique, or anything else that helps explain what makes your artwork unique (500 character limit)
- Instagram Profile
- Facebook Profile
- Website in the format: https;//mywebsite.com
Should your artwork feature recognizable individuals, the County of Wellington requires the completion of the Artwork, Photo, Video and Audio Consent Form. This is a mandatory legal requirement by the Wellington County Museum. If you think you require this form, please contact us insights@elorafergusartscouncil.ca. The completed form can be emailed to insights@elorafergusartscouncil.ca or dropped off with your artwork.
